Tom Ford

The American fashion designer Tom Ford actually studied to be an architect. After an internship at Chloé, however, he developed a desire to become part of the fashion industry. A few years followed in which he worked for less and more notable fashion brands, the most famous one being Gucci. The experience and fame he gained during that time set the foundation of his own brand’s future success.

The brand Tom Ford was founded in 2005, offering fashion items, accessories, and glasses. The fragrances and cosmetics divisions of the brand were created in the same year in partnership with the famous cosmetics and beauty giant Estee Lauder.

The first Tom Ford perfume, Black Orchid, was launched in 2006 and was an immediate success. Today he offers tens of successful perfumes that are created with the help of top perfumers like David Apel, Harry Fremont, Sonia Constant, Yves Cassar, Yann Vasnier, Calice Becker, Antoine Maisondieu, Tom Ford, Firmenich and many more.
