The world famous Spanish artist Salvador Dalí is widely known for his paintings all over the world, but his artistic talent spreads into different areas like film-making, sculpture, and photography as well. His surrealistic painting style, however, is what he is most famous for.

Being a man of art, it is no wonder that Salvador Dalí was fascinated by perfumes. Here’s how he describes it, “Of the five senses, the sense of smell is incontestably the one that best conveys a sense of immortality.”

His first fragrance, Salvador Dalí, was launched in 1983. The bottle’s design was inspired by one of Salvador Dalí’s paintings, while the main rose note in the perfume was a tribute to his wife, who loved the smell of this flower.

Today Salvador Dalí is a perfume brand offering tens of perfumes, whose packages are all inspired by the great artist’s works.
