Laura Biagiotti

The Italian fashion designer behind the famous brand Laura Biagiotti is known in the fashion world as the "Queen of Cashmere". Even though her education (archaeology) was quite different from what she needs in order to succeed in the world of beauty, fashion was something her mother used to deal with, so it was only a matter of time for Laura to join the family business.

In the fashion industry she is most popular with her use of cashmere (a luxury material that hadn't been used before). Another thing she will be remembered for is the so called "baby doll" dress.

Laura Biagiotti's first fragrance, Fiori Bianchi, was launched in 1982. Today the brand offers a wide range of men's and women's fragrances in partnership with Procter & Gamble. They are created in collaboration with perfumers like Carlos Vinals, Domitille Michalon, Sophie Labbe, Sophia Grojsman, Ursula Wandel, IFF, Michel Almairac and Lucas Sieuzac.
