James Bond 007
Besides a license to kill, James Bond has his disarming fragrance starting from 2012. Eon productions in charge of all James Bond movies and Procter & Gamble Co are launching an aromatic-fougere fragrance that brings us back to the 60s. 007 fragrances hit the ground running from the moment they launched, in 2012, to mark 50 years of James Bond – and to celebrate the 23rd Bond movie, ‘Skyfall’.
From the so-clever logo – whose ‘7’ is a handgun – to the fragrances themselves, the collection couldn’t fit more seamlessly with the Bond image. It’s elegant, more than a little mysterious – and highly desirable.
The debut 007 Signature Fragrance for Men was launched to mark the 50th anniversary of 007 – and was described by GQ Magazine as ‘the most dangerously sophisticated fragrance in the world’. As you might expect, this namesake brings together a hand-picked selection of traditional, authentic and oh-so-British ingredients.
And then, for something completely different – 007 for Women, its essence contained in a faceted flacon, which is the dark and curvaceous counterpart of the masculine bottle and designed to reflect the many ‘faces’ of a woman.
