- If you order products for more than 100 BGN, your delivery is FREE for deliveries to office of Speedy and ECONT.
- If you order within the city of Plovdiv you will be charged only 3.50 BGN, FREE for orders above 100 BGN or collected from our store.
- Our delivery is managed by SPEEDY courier services. We deliver straight to the client’s door or to a preferred ECONT office from 9 AM to 5 PM every working day of the week, and until 2 PM on a Saturday. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or on official holidays.
- Your order is processed in the next 24 hours from Monday to Friday. If you order after 4 PM, your order will be processed on the next working day.
- After your order is processed, you will be notified by e-mail or phone of the exact date of delivery.
- All the orders are sent via the option for "check" (but without "test") before collection.
- If you order products with status “2-5 days”, then your whole order will be finished within this period of time.
- Return of purchased goods can be made within 14 days after the order is received.
- The goods have to be sent to the address of the company in Plovdiv, as the cost of delivery to the company is covered by the customer. The return can be made to our main office as well.
- 100% money refund via bank transfer shall be conducted after the product is returned with the appropriate documents and inspected by our staff, on condition that all returned goods are in their original packaging (with all seals, stamps and cellophane as it was received), according to the provisions of art. 55 of the CPA.
- If that the payment had been made via a debit/credit card, the money refund will be done by a reverse transaction order to the card used during the purchase in a period of up to 7 calendar days.
- Partial refunds could be issued if the goods are not returned in their original condition and packaging.
- “Venera Cosmetics” withholds the right to refuse a refund if an item was returned without a prior notice.
- You should use KZP's or the ODR website for a conflict, which is imposible to be resolved between you (as a customer) and the resepctive online store.
