Jimmy Choo is a very successful fashion designer that was born in Malaysia in 1948. He is famous all over the world for his handmade women’s shoes. Apart from them his brand offers men’s and women’s shoes, bags, accessories, sunglasses, bridal collections, and perfumes.

Born in a family of shoemakers, Jimmy Choo received his first lessons in shoemaking from his father. He made his first pair of shoes at the early age of 11. An interesting fact about his name is that it was actually misspelled on his birth certificate (his family name is originally spelled Chow).

A relatively new brand, when it comes to fragrances, Jimmy Choo offers several perfumes that successfully complement the style and luxury of the fabulous shoes, bags, and accessories he designs. His first fragrance, Jimmy Choo Eau de Parfum, was launched in 2011. Some of the most famous perfumers in the world help him with the creation of the brand’s fragrances: Christine Nagel, Olivier Polge, Veronique Nyberg and Domitille Bertier.
